Nutritionist & Health Coach

How can personalised nutrition help you?

Registered Nutritionists assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns.

Nutritionists work with a holistic approach and frequently work alongside medical professionals to support the clients wellbeing.

We take into consideration your gut function, energy production, detoxification, hormone regulation, immune function, stress management, exercise level/ frequency, mental and emotional state, sleep issues, nutrient deficiencies and incorporate any medication, family medical history and food intolerances.

Personalised nutrition consultations are relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, such as hypothyroidism, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis; anyone with persistent digestive issues or those wishing to support an autoimmune condition, as well as those looking to enhance their health and wellbeing.

What symptoms can personalised nutrition help with?

This list is by no means exhaustive, however, frequently clients come to see a nutritionist who experience fatigue, sleep issues, struggle losing weight, anxiety, skin issues, mood swings, food intolerances, high blood pressure, migraines, joint and muscle pain, and persistent digestive issues such as constipation and diarrhoea.

How does coaching complement the nutritional work?

Sabine is also a qualified NLP Master Practitioner which adds coaching qualifications to her skill set.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is basically how to use the language of your mind to change any patterns of behaviour that are not useful to you, so that you can have more of what you want (i.e. your goals) and less of what you don’t want (the things that stop you from achieving your goals). This helps you to have lasting changes on your journey to become the healthiest version of yourself.

What happens during your programme with our nutritionist Sabine?

After your introductory appointment, you will be supplied with a  questionnaire, food diary (1 week) and terms & conditions to complete. This information will of course be kept securely stored and confidential at HTC.

After her analysis she will provide you with an initial programme which is tailored to your health needs and that fits into your life, which gets reviewed every 2 weeks for the duration of the programme. Most programmes are 3 months, however, everybody is unique, so Sabine recommends personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. This can include recommendations of certain tests and supplements as well for a more targeted approach, but all this depends on your individual circumstances.
