Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
Pilates focuses on the full body’s alignment, ideal range of motion at the joints, and a balance of all opposing muscles. It improves posture by bringing awareness to your alignment and strengthening neglected postural muscles
Exercise Classes at Hempstead Therapy Centre
We are happy to be offering yoga and pilates classes at HTC. Both yoga and pilates are offered as 6-week course series of 1-hour classes.
If you are unable to commit to a 6-week course we will also be offering intermittent drop-in classes within the week.
Initial courses are aimed at beginners level in both exercise formats and will progress with each groups 6-week course completion.
Class numbers are limited to 5 attendees with the purpose of providing a more personalised input from our instructor then larger groups would normally facilitate.
